Doctoral Colloquium

The doctoral colloquium will take place on the 9th of November 2021.

The aim of the colloquium is to provide PhD students with professional skills for their academic career. In addition, the colloquium provides an arena for networking and relationship building among young Nordic scholars within the field of retailing and wholesaling, ensuring that the region can provide high quality research for the future. The colloquium is open for doctoral students at different stages of their project.

How to apply

To participate, please send

1) a brief motivation on why the doctoral colloquium would be important for you in developing your research and

2) a 3-5-page description of your PhD project including where you are in the PhD process to NRWC2020@umu.se by August 30, 2021.

 

The number of participants is limited and the selection will be based on your motivation as well as the fit between your research interest and NRWC.

 

Deadline for submissions to Doctoral Colloquium: August 30

Notifications of acceptance: September 6

Deadline for registration: September 24

Costs: PhD students participate in the Colloquium and NRWC for a discounted price of 2 200 SEK.
