NRWC 2021

The 7th NRWC conference was held on November 10th – 11th in Umeå, Sweden. The conference was arranged and hosted by Umeå School of Business Economics and Statistics (USBE). A doctoral colloquium took place the day before the main conference, on the 9th.

The NRWC conference brought together around 100 researchers from various disciplines with a focus on retail, to share and take part of exciting research that takes place in the field.

Tobias Röding, Julian Schmitz, Saascha Steinmann and Hanna Schramm-Klein was awarded for the Best Paper Award for “Just tell me what you want…: The relevance of information transparency on the use and handling of customer´s data in product presentation”.
