Organizing committee
NRWC 2026 is hosted by the Center for Retailing at the Stockholm School of Economics.
The Center for Retailing (CFR) is at the forefront of business school education and research in retail. Our activities create the next generation of industry leaders and drive impactful science-based insights through close collaborations with the retail industry. By attracting world-class international faculty, students, and corporate partners, we contribute to the future competitiveness of the retail industry as well as retail as an academic field. Our focus on close collaboration with our corporate partners, in combination with rigorous academic research principles and immersive teaching formats, is unique. CFR bridges the gap between academia and business practice to strengthen the competitiveness of the Swedish retail industry and educate the next generations of leaders and change makers.
CFR is dedicated to providing retail professionals and policymakers with access to excellent, cutting-edge retail research. Our presence in the media, close interactions with retail leaders, and alumni that shape the future of the retail industry are a testament to our mission. Through our dedicated Retail Management Bachelor Program, practitioner breakfast seminars, research fora, and joint workshops and panels with our corporate partners, we deliver education and research that move in conjunction with the industry.
